Matrix represents first data set. Rows correspond to factors, columns to objects.
secondVectorSet: Type: FinMath.LinearAlgebraMatrix
Matrix represents second data set. Rows correspond to factors, columns to objects.
metricType: Type: FinMath.ClusterAnalysisMetricType
Metric type.

Type: Matrix
Distance matrix.
