Loads Matrix from CSV file.

Syntax

name: Type: SystemString
Path to the file to load Matrix from.
treatManySeparatorsAsOne: Type: SystemBoolean
In every line treat many cosequtive separators as one.
separator: Type: SystemChar
Element separators.

Loaded matrix.
