Syntax

samplesCount: Type: SystemInt32
The size of the vector to return.
maxValue: Type: SystemDouble
The exclusive upper bound of the random number to be generated. It must be greater than or equal to zero.

Type: Vector
The resulting vector. It is filled with double-precision floating point numbers greater than or equal to zero, and less than maxValue.
