DescriptiveStatisticsTransforms.GetEnsuredBoundaries Method (IEnumerable<Nullable<Double> > , Double, Double, IList<Double> , Boolean)

Store copy of collection. Values below leftBoundary will be replaced with leftBoundary value. Values above rightBoundary will be replaced with rightBoundary value.

Parameters

data
Type: System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable<Nullable<Double>>
Reference to a container object.
leftBoundary
Type: System.Double
Left Boundary value.
rightBoundary
Type: System.Double
Right Boundary value.
result
Type: System.Collections.Generic.IList<Double>
Filtered copy of the given collection.
checkForAbnormals (Optional)
Type: System.Boolean
Check is array contains NaN values and properly process them.

Return Value

Type: Int32
The non-missed values count.

Usage Note

In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type IEnumerable<Nullable<Double>>.
