This method is called by genetic algorithm one time per generation before selection occurs.

population: Type: T
Array of individuals.
fitness: Type: SystemDouble
Array of fitness of a generation.
selectionAmount: Type: SystemInt32
Amount of individuals involved in selection. Algorithm should return individuals from range [0, selectionAmount].
